How do I register?
Registration will be by mail or fax with payment. The Official Tournament Registration Form which includes the Official Tournament Handicap Form at the bottom must be submitted with each registration. Registration is NOT complete without the handicap form and payment.Back to top

When/Where do we check-in?
Check-in will be available from 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. at your Saturday course. Flights and courses will be listed on the tournament website no later than 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 10.Back to top

Are practice rounds available?

What is the tournament refund policy?
All requests for cancellations must be made by e-mail only to bharris@wacochamber.com or ssmith@wacochamber.com. Cancellation requests received by Sept. 27 will receive a $200 refund. Any cancellation requests received after Sept. 27 will not be eligible for a refund.Back to top

What is the format of play?
Saturday: Low ball
Sunday: Two-Man scramble
Total gross score will be taken at the end of the rounds; handicaps are only used for flighting.

What if I do not have a handicap established?
In the event that you are unable to provide a verifiable handicap, please submit three recent scorecards and the tournament committee will assign you a handicap.Back to top
